- Promote the property via several advertisement avenues
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Reference and vet tenants
- Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf
- Collect the Deposit
- Collect the rent each month and produce ‘chaser’ letters when overdue
- Provide extension and end of tenancy documents
- Conduct an inventory
- Register your tenant’s deposit with a Government backed scheme
- Carry out quarterly inspections
- Perform a checkout inspection and act on your behalf regarding the deposit.
- Carry out and maintain Gas Safety Checks
- Organise maintenance to the property
- Provide a statement of accounts every month
- Arrange the payment of the rent should the tenant default (under the rental guarantee - t & c's apply)
- Organise eviction of the tenant should this be required (under the rental guarantee - t & c's apply)
